Immunization Requirements
All students of the East Aurora Union Free School District must meet requirements of New York State Public Health Law. The New York State Health Department issued new requirements for school entrance/attendance for the 2019-2020 school year. You can refer below to downloadable, "Immunization Requirements for 2019-2020 School Year."
Please work with your child's health care provider and school nurse to determine what immunizations are needed to comply with the new vaccine requirements.
Medical exemptions are accepted as long as they meet the NYS requirements.
