Universal Pre-Kindergarten
Request for Proposal
The East Aurora Union Free School District is asking for proposals from qualified agencies to collaborate and provide educational programming for the District’s Universal Pre-K program for the 2024–2025 school year. The agency must perform services in accordance with Part 151 of the Regulations of the Commissioner of Education for the State of New York. The program must service four (4) year old children, for a minimum of five (5) hours a day, five (5) days a week, for approximately 180 days, following the District’s calendar. To be eligible to submit a proposal to this RFP to offer Pre-K, proposers must identify a proposed program site that is physically located within the boundaries of the East Aurora School District.
Timeline and Receipt of Proposals:
Release of RFP’s to Potential Vendors - January 4, 2024
Return of Proposals - February 2, 2024 by 3:00 p.m.
Review of Proposals - February 5 - February 6, 2024
Reward of Collaboration - February 7, 2024 BOE meeting approval
Implementation (East Aurora School Calendar) September 2024-June 2025
One original and two copies of the proposal and other required documents must be sealed in an envelope marked with the name and address of the Proposer and must be received no later than 3:00pm on February .
