Digital Resource Survey & Data Collection

Dear Families,


Collecting accurate data regarding digital resource access for our students will greatly help educators to better serve their students and families. In order to accomplish this, the New York State Education Department is asking parents/guardians to complete a Digital Resource Survey (for each student in the family) in grades K-12 for the 2022-23 school year. This survey will provide information on student access to computing devices and internet access in their places of residence.  

To complete this survey, please visit the PowerSchool Parent Portal. Once there, you will find the “Digital Resource Survey” link on the left side under “Navigation”. Please click the “new” button at the top of the screen to create a new entry for the 2022-23 school year. (You may see an entry from the 2021-22 school year.)
