In the East Aurora Union Free School District, "tech support" is more than just a service—it’s a career-building laboratory. Since its inception in 2022, the Student Tech Team has been a cornerstone of our commitment to preparing the next generation of employees. By managing hardware diagnostics, troubleshooting software, and supporting district infrastructure, these students are developing high-level technical competencies and essential soft skills like critical thinking and collaborative problem-solving.
"We aren't just teaching students how to fix computers," says the district’s IT Department. "We are fostering a workforce-ready mindset. These students are graduating with a portfolio of experience that puts them leagues ahead in the modern job market."
