We believe that the traditional hiring process is both too cumbersome and too one-sided. The model results in a power-imbalance and, as a result, often doesn't allow individuals to be themselves. Our fear is that this prevents qualified individuals from getting positions and, at the same time, prevents us from hiring the best candidate.

Like any relationship, the employer-employee relationship should be one of mutual benefit. This includes allowing for a gradual release of information as potential is realized and connection is built.

As such, we have developed a new model where the the amount of information we require is tied to where you are in the process. This "let's just chat" approach allows us to maximize the number of potential applicants, while minimizing the workload we initially place upon them.

How it works:

  • If you are interested in a position, click the "Apply Here" button on the Main Page

  • After resume screening, we will contact individuals we want to learn more from via a round of introductory interviews - often performed virtually. These brief interview are structured more as two-way conversations than the traditional "on the spot" Q & A.

  • Following this round, prospective hires who remain in contention will then be asked to provide additional information such as an application, transcripts, credentials, and letters of reference

  • Interview performance plus this supplemental information will aid in determining a candidate's progress through additional rounds of interviews.

*We understand the reason behind each job seeker's search is unique and so we do not require reference calls/information until the candidate is among finalist.
