2021-02-01 | First & Second Semester Google Classrooms and other rostered apps

Welcome to the second semester of the 20-21 school year!  As we have now entered the second semester, Roster Server has begun to update the classes and rosters for our rostered apps.  Enrollment updates for Google Classroom have been applied.  If you have a class that ended at the end of the first semester, you’ll notice that the first semester Google Classroom has been archived.  Second semester Google Classrooms have also been created and rostered.

You can access archived Google Classrooms by following the instructions below.  You can also restore a Google Classroom from the archive if need be.  Please be aware that all Google Classrooms that correlate to inactive classes must be archived to ensure the students do not have to sort through obsolete Google Classrooms.

If you have any questions or concerns with Google Classroom or rostered apps, please create a support ticket.
