The PTO wants you to be involved!

The East Aurora Elementary Parent Teacher Organization is the parent group for levels K-4 at Parkdale Elementary and sponsors many activities and fundraisers: Field trips for all grades, Fun Run, Walk-a-Thon, Fall Festival, School Pictures, Book Fair, STEAM Night, Send Off to Summer Carnival, Special Assemblies, and staff appreciation activities. Monetary donations from this group provide a long list of program supplements. A variety of fundraising events are held throughout the school year. To view or sign up for any of our upcoming events, please visit our Signup Genius pages or our Events and Activities page!

The East Aurora School District is known for the support and enthusiasm provided by the parent groups at each level. Not just fundraising entities, the groups provide staff support and contribute to building morale, and their programming helps every child. There are numerous Reasons to Get Involved

    Mission Statement

Parents and Educators working to promote open communication between the home and school, where the chief concern is the complete education of children. Together, we will develop a common interest in securing the following for our children:
    • Highest advantages in mental, physical and social development
    • Welfare of children in home, school and community
    • A trustworthy and close relationship amongst families, faculty and school policies
    • An open-door policy welcoming all families to contribute to the success of the EAEPTO and its functions
    Membership & Dues

All Parkdale parents are automatically members of the PTO; no membership dues required. Members are invited to all meetings and events, may hold offices and committee positions, may introduce motions, vote on issues raised by the EAEPTO and contribute to discussion at general meetings.  All parents/PTO members are encouraged to get involved in whatever way suits them best; whether it's volunteering for events, helping coordinate activities behind the scenes, attending PTO meetings and/or contributing a monetary donation, we are grateful for your support no matter what form it takes.

If you are interested in getting more involved with PTO sponsored activities,  please join us at our next meeting, send an email to our PTO mailbox EAparkdalePTO@gmail.comor contact one of our board members directly.
