• Absentee Ballot Application Available 

    May 17, 2022 Vote and Election

    If you are unable to vote in person on May 17, 2022 and are a qualified voter, you may request an Absentee Ballot by filling out and submitting an Absentee Ballot application which can be found at the link below. 

    Qualified voters may also request an Absentee Ballot Application from the District Office between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.  Please contact District Clerk, Jacquelyn Wopperer or Deputy District Clerk, Sue Kramer at 716-687-2315 or 716-687-2302 to request an application be mailed or emailed to you. 

    PLEASE NOTE:  Anyone can pick up an application for an absentee ballot but ONLY the voter can be given the Official Ballot.  The voter may complete the application in person and then be given the absentee ballot to complete. Ballots will be mailed or handed to the voter only.

    Completed applications must be received by the District Clerk at least seven (7) days before the date of the Annual Vote (May 10, 2022) if the ballot is to be mailed to the applicant, or the day before the Annual Vote (May 16, 2022), if the ballot is to be delivered personally to the applicant.  Completed absentee ballots must be received in the office of the District Clerk no later than 5:00 p.m. on May 17, 2022.

    PLEASE NOTE:  Applications require an original signature and cannot be processed and submitted electronically.
