Yearbook & School PublicationsUnits of credit: 1.0
Grade level: 10-12
Prerequisite: None
One of the most treasured moments of a year is the distribution of the yearbook. As a student in Yearbook design, students would select a theme, design the cover and its pages, make decisions on what to put in the book. Students market the book. Students sell the book. And best of all, students get to take all the pictures and design the pages! Its fun and students learn a great deal about what goes into creating something as big as a high school yearbook. If students are creative, have a strong sense of design and photography, enjoy working in a group atmosphere, are computer savvy, or just want to play a role in its creation, then Yearbook Design is for you.
