If you watch the video and you do not see your "C" drive, here is a quick fix...
When you open My Computer, click in the Address bar (just below the back and forward buttons).
This will highlight the words "My Computer". You can then type:
c:\
The window will refresh showing the contents of your "C" drive. 
You can then continue following along in the video by selecting the "Documents and Settings" folder.
