The District welcomes the community into its schools, and those individuals or groups wishing to use the buildings or grounds must comply with the regulations and return page one (and two, if necessary) of the School Facilities Use form below to: Office of Buildings and Grounds East Aurora Schools 430 Main Street East Aurora, NY 14052 To find out if a facility is available before you apply for use, you may call the Office of Buildings and Grounds at 687-2305. Form information: Return page 1 (and 2, if a multi-day event is requested) and keep page 3 for your records. If your event is approved you will receive a copy of your form by return mail. If there is a charge for your facility use (see page 3 for applicable charges) the District treasurer will bill you after the event. Do not send fees with your request. Insurance Liability Form information: Valid insurance liability forms must be submitted by all outside entities with the building use form above., or may be mailed or faxed to 716/687-2441. at least 14 days before the planned event. Your insurance agent is familiar with this certificate and can provide it quickly. DO NOT send us a copy of your insurance policy. We will not process any outside requests without insurance. Some outside organizations (i.e., Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, etc.) are under the umbrella of a regional or national organization, and the certificate of that organization is already on file with us. Call the number above to be certain.
