Grades will be given throughout each quarter in the form of various different assignments and other forms of assessment. The following list is the maximum amount of points that a student may earn on each assignment. These pointages are based on a total points system.
Tests: 50 pts.
Quizzes: 20 pts.
Maps: 15 pts.
DBQs: 30 pts.
Homework: 5 pts.
Other assignments may be given, such as projects, that may be worth anywhere from 30-60 points, depending on the size and demands of the particular project.
