If you need a transcript sent to a college, please be sure to complete the blue College Application Checklist and submit it to Mrs. Marshall in the Counseling Center.
FORMER STUDENTS:
If you need a transcript sent to a college or employer, please download the request form here, print it out, and either mail, fax or bring it into the Counseling Center to request that the transcript be sent.
If you are unable to download the form, you may stop in to the Counseling Center to complete the form.
