These are the end of the year Math Fact Benchmarks for Grade 3:
1. Given 5 minutes students will compute accurately 95 - 100
addition facts (0-18).
2. Given 5 minutes students will compute accurately 95 - 100
subtraction facts (0-18).
3. Given 5 minutes students will compute accurately 95 - 100
multiplication facts.
4. Given 5 minutes students will compute accurately 95- 100
division facts.
The new New York State standards are for the children to be fluent and accurate in these facts.
